Abstract |
This study has been developed by research papers and questionnaires conducted according to Delphi Method, and on that basis to discuss different types of criteria choosing 13 of the suitable sales leader for MLCC industrial, and come up with 4 types of evaluation prospects and 22 criteria, to establish the weights and priorities of the criteria by using the AHP method. The main idea is to identify which criteria are the critical factors for choosing production leader. Expertise capability will be the top priority factor when assessing candidates, followed by personality traits and leadership, especially in the area of professional knowledge, moral integrity and experience are the most important factors have to be taken into consideration. By using AHP techniques to assist manufacturing industry selecting production leader on making decision scientifically. |
